Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By signing this document or accepting delivery of the skip, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.
- Liability Disclaimer-Driveway Placement
The customer agrees and accepts full responsibility for the placement of the skip on private property, including but not limited to driveways, lawns or any other surfaces.
PWM Skip Hire will not be held liable for any damage, cracking, sinking, marking or staining caused to driveways, paths, grassed areas, paving or other surfaces due to the delivery, placement, use or collection of the skip. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the surface where the skip is to be placed is suitable to bear the weight of the skip and any associated vehicle. The customer accepts all risks related to surface damage and agrees to indemnify PWM Skip Hire against any claims, losses or expenses resulting from such placement. - Road Placement and Permits
Skips placed on public roads or highways require a valid permit issued by the local council. PWM
Skip Hire can assist with the application process upon request, any permit fees or administration costs will be charged in addition to the skip placed on public land without a valid permit may br removed by the local authority, and fines may be issued. The customer is fully responsible for any such fines or enforcement action. - General Conditions
By agreeing to hire a skip from PWM Skip Hire, the customer confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of your local authority and any disputes will be resolved in the courts in your local area.
Skips that go over agreed hire period will be charged at an extra cost.
